Meet our Executive Director

Pascha Williams, LPN

Clinical Executive Director

The Harbor at Douglasville is excited to have Pascha Williams join their team as she brings her extensive experience in healthcare and senior care and her passion for living one’s life with dignity.

Pascha Williams’ goal has always been “to be the best human she can be and to make an impact along the way.” With this outlook towards life, Williams became a Licensed Practical Nurse at Tennessee Technical College at Morristown which launched her 27-year career in healthcare. Additionally, she has worked as a nurse educator as well as in marketing, home health, hospice care, and in a skilled nursing facility for seniors. She is certified in Train-the-Trainer and as an Allied Healthcare Instructor. Williams is currently pursuing a Registered Nursing degree at Chattahoochee Technical College.

Formerly from Rogersville, Tennessee, Williams has lived in Georgia since 1997, having settled in Winston with her husband, Reginald. The Williams have three children: Autumn, Reginald II and Adrianna and a grandson, Legend. They have two dogs, a Boston Terrier/Pug named Rambo and a Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle named Bella. They are members of Destiny Metropolitan Church. A self-proclaimed “people person,” Pascha loves to entertain and is sure she has never met a stranger. In her free time, she likes to travel and enjoys interior decorating.

Pascha Williams feels honored to be able to serve the residents at The Harbor at Douglasville. She offers an enthusiasm and friendliness that makes everyone feel welcome as she follows Vince Lombardi’s motto that “every job is a self-portrait of the person who did it. Autograph your work with excellence.”
